ORDER Ms.Aparna S.Pai, learned counsel for Sri.Harikrishna S.Holla, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Banking Ombudsmen with regard to appearance.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Banking Ombudsman seeking redressal of his grievance.
4. Needless to state that in case the petitioner submits the complaint, the same shall be dealt expeditiously and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties by the Banking Ombudsman.
With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of.
