THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and disposed off by this Court in the case of Smt.Jayshree vs. The State made Crl.P. No.15335/2013 dated 30th March 2015. The submission is placed on record.
2. In view of the above, Annexure-A dated 19.10.2019 issued by the respondent No.2 is hereby quashed. However, liberty is reserved to the respondent No.2 to proceed to initiate proceedings, if necessary, after receipt of report, if any, under Rule 7 of the Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes (Reservation of Appointments, etc.) Rules, 1993.
3. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed off.
