Heard Mr.M.Dennis Joe, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathya Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 31.01.2017 in W.P.(MD)No.1457 of 2017 has been complied by the respondent vide order dated 27.09.2017 and an endorsement has been made by the petitioner to that effect.
3.Recording the said submission and endorsement made and the order dated 27.09.2017, copy of which is produced before this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
