ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Rc.No.207/2014-B dated 30.06.2014.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, at the admission stage, learned Assistant Government Pleader, as per written instructions dated 30.07.2014, submitted that the impugned proceedings, which are subject matter of this writ petition, are already cancelled by the Tahsildar.
3. In view of the above, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
