Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by respondent No.1 vide Lr.No.31/RP/Manpower/2013 dated 08-03-2013 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the conditions of the Tender Schedule and being violative of Articles-14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to award the said contract to the petitioner forthwith.” Mr.M.Prasada Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, filed letter, dated 21-10-2014, before the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the same.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.9737 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed.
