Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus in not completing the proceedings by respondents 3 to 5 in respect of the irregularities found by the 5th respondent in the Fair price shop No.26 Pandikunta village, Galiveedu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District of the 6th respondent as arbitrary, biased illegal, and consequently to direct the respondents to initiate the proceedings on the report of the 5th respondent on the fraud, pilferage and black marketing of commodities done by the 6th respondent and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.”
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, WPMP.No.34304 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed.
