This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, interalia, for the following relief:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing and commanding the respondents not to harass and interfere in the peaceful and prosperous married life of the Petitioners".
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Respondent No. 2 to ventilate his grievances, he shall look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
