Petitioners are accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crime No.178 of 2014 of the Chadayamangalam Police Station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 341, 324, 427 and 308 r/w Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, their request for pre-arrest bail was rejected as per order dated 20.03.2014 in B.A.No.1933 of 2014 and have again sought the same relief.
2. I have heard the learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. In the order on the previous application, this Court observed that having regard to the nature of allegation and the investigation required to be done, request for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed. I do not find any change of circumstance after hearing both sides.
The application is dismissed.
