JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 07.12.2016, wherein and whereby, he prayed for constituting an administrative committee for framing a scheme for proper management of Hazarath Santha Hussain, Thaikkal Manambuchavadi, Tanjavur.
2.The learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that the said representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.
3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.12.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with Law, also after hearing all the interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
