JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision petitioner herein is the witness cited by the 1st respondent, who is the complainant in a proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. This Revision Petition is filed challenging the issuance of non-bailable warrant against the revision petitioner by the trial court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the trial had been over and C.C. No.316/2009 had been disposed of.
In view of the above submission, the challenge in this Revision Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
