JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of application for revision of timings produced at Ext.P1. The application itself is seen filed on 20.11.2014. There is no necessity for issuance of a positive direction at this stage, since, in any event, the authority would take some time to consider the application. No mandamus can be issued as such, as of now. The petitioner could definitely agitate the issue before the authority. The writ petition would stand dismissed.
