The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Regional Manager (respondent-3) to decide representation of the petitioner relating to terminal dues.
It has been stated that husband of the petitioner was in service, when he died in an accident on 28.1.2017. The petitioner being widow is entitled to terminal dues, family pension etc for which petitioner has moved a representation in this respect before Regional Manager, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Regional Manager (respodnent-3) to decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
