JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Head of the Medicine Department, P.D.U.Medical College, Rajkot has refused to give the certificate to the present appellant by showing the letter dated 2.12.2010 stating that such certificate cannot be issued without the order from the Court.
The Head of the Medicine Department, P.D.U.Medical College, Rajkot is hereby directed to give the certificate to the present applicant-Najabhai Sondabhai Rabari (Khambhala) in reference to his illness of HIV Positive. S.O. to 31.1.2011. Copy of this order be provided to learned APP.
