R/W SECTION 151 OF CPC.
THIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This revision petition was filed on 30th August 2017. On scrutiny, the office has raised objections and notified the same for compliance on 06.09.2017.
2. This Court, by order dated 07.06.2018 granted two weeks time to comply with the office objections. As the objections were not complied with, the revision petition was listed on 07.03.2019, on which date, again three weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. As the petitioner failed to comply with the office objections, the revision petition was listed on 27.09.2019, on which date, again three weeks time was granted.
3. Inspite of granting sufficient time, even after 2½ years, the office objections are not complied with. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed for non- compliance of the office objections.
