JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
After arguing at length learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the reliefs claimed in the writ petition but restricts his prayer only the extent that the representation dated 8.11.2007 and 5.4.2008 preferred by the petitioners, contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition, may be ordered to be decided, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioners move a fresh representation raising their grievances before the authority concerned within 15 days from today, the same shall be decided by the authority concerned by a speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners in accordance with law within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
