The petitioner retired from the post of Sub- Inspector working in U.P. Police in District Muzaffarnagar. The grievance of the petitioner is that for treatment of his wife the petitioner's medical reimbursement bill has remained pending since 2010 and has not been paid so far in spite of eight years having been passed and several representations having been made.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
