1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the judgment and order dated 15.10.2019 passed by Additional Judge Court No.1, Gautam Budh Nagar in Complaint Case No.2585 of 2014 under Section 138-N.I. Act, Police Station-Sector 58 Noida, District-Gautam Budh Nagar and Case No.699/2017 (M/s Silvertone Networks Vs. M/s Sai Company and others) by which the discharge application under Section 245 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
3. Arising from the same complaint, the matter pertaining to the applicant's husband had been referred to the mediation centre in Criminal Revision No.4490 of 2019. Therefore, it further appears, if the parties were to be offered assistance of mediation, they may be able to resolve their differences and bring an end to all disputes and differences between them, amicably.
4. The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre with the direction that same may be tried to be resolved after giving notices to both the parties.
5. It is directed that Mediation Centre shall proceed in the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of three months. Thereafter the case shall be listed before appropriate Bench.
6. Till the next date of listing, further proceedings against the applicant in the aforesaid case shall be kept in abeyance.
