The appeal has been filed beyond limitation by 41 days. The appellants deposited only Rs.5/- towards court fees. The Stamp Reporter has reported the deficiency of court fees to be Rs.16,115/-. On 03.10.2016, this appeal was connected with First Appeal Defective No.63 of 2016, in which an order dated 03.10.2016 was passed as under:-
"The appellants have not yet made good the deficiency of Court fees.
Sri K.S. Shukla, learned counsel for the appellants prays that a last opportunity may be afforded to the appellants to make good the deficiency of Court fees.
In view of the aforesaid, three weeks and no more time is granted to make good the deficiency of Court fees.
List on 27.10.2016."
The appellants have not yet deposited deficient court fees although two years have passed. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
