The petitioner, who is defendant in a civil suit, has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the same, expeditiously.
The suit was instituted in the year 2005 and was registered as Original Suit No. 645/2005. Subsequently, it has been allotted a new number i.e. Original Suit No. 2336/2017.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
