The limited relief pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for appropriate direction to the District Magistrate/Collector, Muzaffarnagar (respondent no.2) to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2019, Annexure-6 to the writ petition, relating to running of the brick kiln of the petitioner, which apparently has been stopped pursuant to the order issued by the District Magistrate/Collector, Muzaffarnagar on 14.01.2019, Annexure- 5 to the writ petition.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner's brick kiln possesses all the necessary certificates/clearance from the different departments but despite the same the brick kiln has been stopped pursuant to the order of the Collector dated 14.01.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with direction to the respondent no.2 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, on the pending representation, referred to above, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
