This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to decide the Revision No. 730/2017 (Computer Case No. 20170200730 (Sohan @ Jhabbar Vs. Rampati and another), pending before him expeditiously/within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's mutation application was dismissed for default. A recall application was filed which was allowed. Against the order allowing the restoration application and setting aside the order for dismissal for default of mutation case, the opposite party has preferred a revision in the year 2017 which has not been disposed of finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 i.e. Additional Commissioner (Administration), Allahabad Division, Allahabad to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
