The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P2 appeal. The appeal was notified for hearing as per Ext.P3, on 30.08.2013. The petitioner submits that the appeal was finally heard on that date and till today, no orders are passed. This Court directed the learned Government Pleader to get instruction and it is submitted today, on instruction from the Secretary to Government, Fisheries and Ports(A) Department that, the appeal is still pending. In such circumstance, the appeal, which was heard as early as on 30.08.2013, shall be disposed of expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month from today. Writ petition disposed of.
