Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No.3377 of 2017, State Vs. Nahar Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No.406 of 2016, under Section 149, 323, 504, 336, 332, 353, 186 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, PS Farah distt. Mathura in Court of ACJM, Court No.2, Mathura, pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, the ACJM, Court No.2 Mathura is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law. He shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
