Heard Sri Chaudhary Narendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made representation dated 31.10.2018 before the respondent-bank praying that he may be given statement of account of the amount due against him and bank may be directed to be permit him to deposit the due amount in monthly instalments.
The aforesaid representation, it has been submitted, is still pending before the respondent-bank.
This petition is disposed of directing the respondent bank to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
