Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that marriage of his nephew is scheduled on 15th March, 2012.
From the jail record, it transpires that applicant was already on temporary bail from 16th February, 2012 to 27th February, 2012 for the marriage of his son.
Considering these aspects, we are not inclined to exercise the discretion.
Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
