Nagu vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|08 May, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of present application, the applicant-prisoner has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of 21 days on the ground of engagement of his son.
Heard Mr.K.P. Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State and also perused papers produced before me. It appears from the jail report that the applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code for 10 years. Looking to the offence in which the applicant is involved, I am not inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the present application deserves to be rejected and is hereby rejected.
