ORDER:
Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his application seeking pattadar passbooks and title deeds with respect to land in an extent of Ac.0.71 cents in Sy.No.210/14, Revallapalem village, Madhurwada, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam, is not being considered by the Tahsildar, respondent No.4.
3. Petitioner states that he has made the application as early as on 16.11.2013 and has been requesting respondents 3 and 4 for the status of the said application but no action is being taken.
Hence, the present writ petition.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner has already been examined by respondent No.4 and that he will take appropriate necessary steps in conformity with the directions of the District Collector to provide E-Pattadar Passbooks to the petitioner as early as possible.
In view of the said specific instructions conveyed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of respondent No.4, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and comply with the same in terms of the directives of the District Collector, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
