Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Bijnor to expedite and decide the Criminal Case No. 447 of 2020 (Nagma Vs. Waseem Ahmad), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the aforesaid case is pending and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Bijnor to expedite and decide the Criminal Case No. 447 of 2020 (Nagma Vs. Waseem Ahmad), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
