Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. Chetna Shah has submitted that though the matter is fixed for hearing on 12thJanuary,2012, the police officers have traced out the corpus viz. Manisha D/o. Nagjibhai Rajabhai Valand and she has been brought to the Court today.
Mr.R.C.Pathak, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Viramgam along with Ms. Hansaben Ajitsinh Chavda, A.S.I., Viramgam, have brought corpus from Adalaj.
I have asked the corpus Manishaben about her wish. She says that she is residing at Adalaj since last three months, but, now she wants to go with her parents i.e. present petitioner and his wife. As per her wish, she is permitted to go with her parents who are present in the Court today. Learned advocate Mr.Dipak Sindhi has identified the petitioner as her father. The matter is adjourned to 12.01.2012. The petitioner undertakes that he will remain present before the Court with corpus Manishaben on 12.01.2012 at 11.00 a.m. The Police Officers who have remained present today, shall also remain present before the Court on 12.01.2012, at 11.00 a.m. (A.J.DESAI.J.)
