(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE)
1. Heard learned advocate, Mr. Dipak H. Sindhi for the petitioner and learned APP, Mr. R. C. Kodekar for the respondents No.1 to 3.
2. There is a unanimity on the point that the corpus has been traced and has been handed over to the petitioner, who is a father of the corpus. It is also not in dispute that pursuant to the FIR lodged by the victim, the investigation has been made and charge-sheet is filed in respect of some of the accused persons and some of the suspects are yet to be arrested.
3. In view of the fact that the corpus has been handed over to the petitioner, cause for this petition does not survive. Hence, the petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
