Communication dated 28.03.2012 addressed by the District Development Officer is taken on record. In view of the said communication, it appears that the grievances of the petitioner are met with as the benefits as prayed for have been granted. This petition, therefore, does not survive and is required to be disposed of accordingly. However, any payment due to be paid to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the writ of this Court. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
