Heard Mr. D.S.Bhalakia for the respondent.

This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 243 days in filing the First Appeal (Stamp) No.614 of 2012.

In view of the averments made in the application the same is allowed in terms of para 7(B). Delay of 243 days is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
