JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
2. At this stage of the hearing for the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the detenue, namely, P.Sathyapriya, had started living with the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, in her own home.
3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
