Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Abhishek Shukla, the learned standing counsel.
The petitioner and private respondents are co-laterals, latter is reported to be interfering in the petitioner's peaceful possession, over the plot in dispute, despite a patta dated 28.8.2013.
Assuming all the allegations to be true, dispute if any, is civil in nature, cognizable by appropriate civil/revenue court as may be advised.
No good ground to entertain this writ petition is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
