The grievance of the petitioner is that the cases being Case Nos. T202005470100445, T202005470100446, T202005470100447, T202005470100448, T202005470100449, T202005470100450, T202005470100451, T202005470100452 and T202005470100453 for removal of encroachment over plot No. 309M and 685 situated in Village Amrutiya, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj have not been decided.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid cases.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that respondent no.4, unless there is any legal impediment, shall decide the cases being Case Nos. T202005470100445, T202005470100446, T202005470100447, T202005470100448, T202005470100449, T202005470100450, T202005470100451, T202005470100452 and T202005470100453 within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
