Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicant- Nagendra, Shiv Kumar and Jitendra seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 607 of 2020, under Sections 308, 504, 506, 323, 147, 148 IPC, Police Station Jhangaha, District Gorakhpur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/ surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
