The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Tarya Sujan, Kushi Nagar, i.e., respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. 65 of 1983 pending in the court of Consolidation Officer, Tarya Sujan, Kushi Nagar.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Consolidation Officer, Tarya Sujan, Kushi Nagar, i.e., respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
