Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned transfer order dated 26.9.2019 has been recalled by the respondent no.2 and the petitioner has again joined on the post in question on 28.11.2018. The grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
