Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have assailed the validity of the order dated 22.12.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent herein under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’ for short).
2. After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file an application under Section 17 of the Act. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petitions are disposed of.
