Learned Senior Advocate Mr. Y.S.Lakhani appearing with learned advocate Mr. Pravin Gondaliya states that as per the information available with him, co.convict Parshotambhai Vashrambhai Jadav has filed Criminal Appeal No. 1697/2012; where as Chandubhai Vithalbhai Jadav and Kumarbhai Vithalbhai Jadav have filed Criminal Appeal No. 1739/2012. Registry is directed to list those criminal appeals along with this matter on 18.12.2012.
