These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R In all these Writ Petitions, petitioners have sought direction to the respondents to consider their application in Form No.50 filed seeking regularization of land in which they are said to be in possession.
2. Learned AGA, after getting instructions from the Thasildar of Kanakapura, who is present before the Court, would submit that all the representations submitted by the petitioners will be placed before the Akrama- Sakrama Committee and decisions will be taken in accordance with law within 90 days from the date of Akrama Sakrama Committee being constituted by the Government.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, Writ Petitions are disposed of. In any event, disposal of these Writ Petitions will not come in the way of right of the petitioners to seek for revival of the same if the representations of the petitioners are not disposed of within 90 days from the date of Akrama Sakrama Committee being constituted by the Government. With such liberty, these Writ Petitions are disposed of.
Learned AGA to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.

25.03.2019 W.P.Nos.42944/2018 & 44747-44782/2018 C/W.W.P.Nos.33085/2018, 47702/2017 & 47703/2017 ORDER ON I.A.No.1/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the batch of writ petition Nos.42944/2018 and 44747-44782/2018, the prayer is not to consider Form No.50, instead, it is to consider issuance of saguvali chit in pursuant to grant order dated 22.12.2012. Therefore, the order which is passed on 27.02.2019 is confined only to Writ Petition in Nos.33085/2018, 47702 and 44703/2017.
So far as Writ Petition in Nos.42944/2018 and 44747-44782/2018 are concerned, this Court would direct the concerned authorities to consider the representation of petitioners to implement the grant order dated 22.12.2012 if the same is in accordance with law, at the earliest.
With this, the order dated 27.02.2019 passed in this writ petition is clarified by allowing application in I.A.No.1/2019.
Registry is directed to show the name of Sri.Venkatesh Dodderi, Addl. Govt. Advocate for respondent-State.
