JUDGMENT / ORDER

On earlier occasions, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2016, 29.11.2016 and 08.12.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the meanwhile, at the request of the petitioner, on 15.12.2016, the matter was adjourned for a week. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
