Alleging that the order dated 07.10.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31569 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader produced a document in Na.Ka.No.1294/2015/A2 dated 13.05.2016 and submitted that all the relevant documents sought for by the petitioner have been furnished including the one to his counsel. Learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the copies of the letters dated 08.05.2015 and 12.05.2016 and proceedings dated 29.04.2016 and 13.05.2016, which have been served on the petitioner.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
