Ref:- Civil Misc. (Correction) Application No. 5 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This is an application moved on behalf of the applicant- respondent No.5 for correction in the order dated 2nd August, 2019.
In spite of service of this correction application upon the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent No.4, nobody is present to oppose the correction application.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the correction application being allowed. Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
The corrections sought for in the application is accordingly made in my judgment dated 2nd August, 2019 in the following manner:-
The words 'Collector, Firozabad' occurring in third & fourth line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 2nd August, 2019 stands deleted by the words 'Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Agra Division, Agra' and so also Section '198(4) of U.P.Z.A.& L.R. Act, 1950' occurring in fourth and fifth line of the judgment stand corrected as Sections '33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901' and the same may be read as such.
