JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Judgment reserved. Learned counsel states that Amir Chandra Sudharak one of the respondents in writ petition of 2008 had also filed writ petition no.24897 of 2008 which has been dismissed on 21.11.2008. Learned counsel for petitioner in the writ petitions of 1992 states that in case court considers it appropriate to settle the land on payment of reasonable damages/compensation then petitions are ready for that.
