Sri Haider Hussain, learned counsel for the appellants is reported to be dead. This Court vide order dated 9.10.2017 issued notices to the appellants to engage another counsel. Pursuant to the said order the notices were issued to the appellants fixing 5.12.2017 but till date neither undelivered cover nor acknowledgement dues has been received back.
Even nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent is present.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
