JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has not not filed counter affidavit despite time being granted earlier. He prays for and is allowed three weeks' further time for filing the counter affidavit.
Since the appeal is an admitted appeal the stay granted earlier directing the parties to maintain status quo shall remain in operation until further orders of this court.
