JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Y.S. Sachan-Advocate shall seek instructions from the petitioner whether the respondent - labourer has been reinstated or not pursuant to the orders of the Trial Court as there appears that there is no stay granted by this Court against reinstatement.
List this matter on 17th September, 2018. If there is stay of reinstatement also the same may be placed on record as even the counsel for labourer is unable to convey to this Court that his client has been reinstated or not.
