This Transfer CMP is filed to transfer DVC.No. 78 of 2014 from the file of III- Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy at LB Nagar to be tried along with OS.No. 8 of 2013.

3. Advocate for respondent submitted that OS.No. 8 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy at LB Nagar was withdrawn on 16/9/2014.
4. Since the suit filed by respondent is withdrawn, the request of petitioner to transfer DVC.No. 78 of 2014 to be tried along with OS.No. 8 of 2013 has become infructuous, therefore, Transfer CMP is dismissed.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Transfer CMP shall stand closed.
