... Respondents This Miscellaneous First Appeal is filed under Section 173(1) of MV Act against the Judgment and Award dated 07.01.2017 passed in MVC No.192/2011 on the file of Addl. District and Sessions Judge and Member of MACT, Chamarajanagara partly allowing the claim petition for compensation and seeking enhancement of compensation.
This Appeal coming on for Orders, this day, the Court delivered the following:
J U D G M E N T Peremptory order was passed on 05.07.2018 granting four weeks time to comply with the office objections.
